Anagram’s new Insiders consist of two balloons – one inside the other. By creating an exciting 3-D effect, this new format takes the work out of the challenging DIY process of stuffing balloons inside one another with the ease of two inflation points. The outer balloon “shell” is made from a clear plastic film and the inner balloon (made of oil and which looks like 5, smaller individual balloons) are sealed together, both with self-sealing valves.
